By purchasing on Little Sunshine website you agree to abide by the terms & conditions.

 

Domestic shipping

Free shipping when you spend over $100 within Australia ! Yay! All order under $100 are a flat rate charge of $10.00 for shipping within Australia. Special rush order may incur extra charges.

If there is something you need URGENTLY please send us an email so we can help you get it ASAP. We will always help you in anyway we can.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be processed and shipped. 2-5 business days for postage.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries your ordered can be tracked on the Australia Post website.

We can not be held responsible for un-delivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.

If a parcel is returned to us due to receiver’s incorrect information will incur a re-delivery charge of $10.00.

Please note all delivery times are approximate and can sometimes take longer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us prior to purchase if you require help with colour and fabric. Please do understand we do our very best to display the true colour of garment, shoes and accessories. Colours may vary slightly depending on your Computer, device and lighting of images. We will not consider the colour is different a fault.

 

Please ensure that an adult supervision is always given around little ones as small items can be a chocking hazard or cause suffocation, due to small size of embellishments on our products. Buttons, Clips, Zippers and head bands. Make sure all items are removed whilst sleeping.

 

RETURNS

We do not offer refunds.  Refunds or store credit will not be given due to change of mind. We will gladly exchange if you need to for change of size.

The following items can not be returned due to health reasons, hair clips, headbands and headwraps.

  • Items must be returned in original condition (unworn & tags attached)

  • Shipping costs to be covered by customer

  • Please email us within 24-48 hours of receiving parcel with order number

  • Items must be returned within 14 days

  • Please understand due to some items that are handmade, they are delicate please handle with care to avoid damage. All our items are checked and packed carefully ( we will NOT accept items as a fault if embellishment, garment or item has been pulled, ripped or treated without care ) please cold handwash our items and hand to dry due to most being hand sewn and handmade

  • Please send through clear photos if you think your item is faulty

  • We reserve the right to refuse anything that does not meet these requirements

  • Please allow 3-7 days for store credit to be processed once we receive your parcel
